The “Qinglong Mountain Trail” is one of the trails along the shore of Nantou Sun Moon Lake, and is also known as one of the “Four Beauties of Ming Lake”. It connects three famous local temples, starting from Xuanguang Temple Pier and ending at Ci’en Pagoda. The trail has a gentle slope and is not difficult to walk on, so it is suitable for the elderly and children to stroll together. “Moss sculptures” are used along the trail, including moss sculptures of mountain gates, sutras, and little sermons, giving the trail a strong religious atmosphere. Along the way, you can enjoy not only the culture but also the beautiful scenery. If you stop at the square of Xuanguang Temple, you cannot help but stop and enjoy the charming charm of Sun Moon Lake with the scenery of the lake, Lalu Island, Hanbi Peninsula and Shuishe settlement.
