Located at Sun Moon Lake in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, the “Shuiwatou Trail” is a wooden trail for the whole family to enjoy. The trail is located between Dazhu Lake and Ida Shao, which is about 500 meters long, with many bamboo forests on both sides and a gentle breeze. Not only can you hear frogs and birds chirping, but there are also many butterflies passing through. In addition to the rich natural beauty, you can also see artworks. At the entrance of the trail, you can see many frog-themed statues, all of which are popular tourist spots. At the end of the trail, there is also the famous “Nine Frogs Stacked Statue,” which was specially made by the artist! The number of frogs that can be seen at different levels of the water makes it a novel and interesting experience for visitors walking along the trail.
