In the sparsely populated hills of Shuili Township in Nantou County, there is a secluded Japanese-style building, “Efarm Winery.” The unique exterior and the spacious green grass outside make you want to go in and have a look. The restaurant is full of elegant and romantic atmosphere, and it also provides inside seating for meals. The owner of the winery has returned to his hometown to take over his family’s plum farming business, and has carefully selected the local produce to develop a variety of products so that the plums from his hometown can be better known by more people. “Efarm Winery” now has many plum-related products, such as plum essence, plum vinegar, plum wine, plum soy sauce, etc., as well as home-baked brownie desserts. They have even entered the Taipei metro area market and can be found in many department store counters, showing how dedicated the winery is to its business.
