Established in 1971, Shuili Lamb King Restaurant started as a small stall on Taiping Street and moved to its current location after it had accumulated a certain clientele. In addition to its signature dish of whole lamb, the restaurant also offers a wide variety of other dishes such as mountain products, wild creek products, and fish from Sun Moon Lake.
