Yinxiang Cocoa Workshop
The cocoa (chocolate) industry is a shining new star in Taiwan’s agriculture. Most of Taiwan’s cocoa producing areas are in Southern Taiwan. In Central Taiwan’s Shuili Township, Nantou, Zhang Yu-Hua and his wife successfully planted nearly 200 cocoa trees in a 4-fen (approximately 3,880 square meters) area since 2015, guided by experts and insisting on organic cultivation, making it the most representative cocoa park in Central Taiwan. Cocoa can be harvested year-round, and the domesticated dwarf cocoa trees are more accessible. Visitors can reserve a cocoa garden tour at any time.
