The Taiwan Provincial Government Museum, located in Zhongxing New Village, Nantou County, was opened in the 1994’s. Formerly known as the Provincial Government Chart Room, the museum now houses many historical artifacts and displays an overview of Taiwan’s provincial government. There are also many different thematic exhibits, such as provincial construction, important policies, historical relics, and even a model display of Taiwan’s first-class monuments, which can definitely fill the desire of people interested in Taiwan’s history, and group tours are available for more than 10 people. You can also pay a visit to “Lotus Reception Centre.” The traditional Minnan architecture with red roof tiles, small bridges and flowing water, and old lotus trees reveals a rich Jiangnan lotus garden style, and is listed as one of the eight scenic spots in Zhongxing New Village.
