Located on the shore of Sun Moon Lake in Nantou, the Wenwu Temple was built in Northern-dynasty style palace, which is the must-visit place for visitors. The 200-meter-long “Wenwu Hiking Trail” has 366 steps, symbolizing the 366 days of the leap year. A resting platform is set up at the location marked the first of each month, and information about the 24 solar terms is also engraved on both sides of the stairs.
