Located in Nantou Xinyi Township, the Liou Palm Farm has been cultivating plum trees since the Japanese rule period, and has been transformed into a tourist and leisure plum garden since the plum was produced for export. During the blooming season, the snow-white plum blossoms in full bloom resemble the white snow on the mountain, making it a beautiful sight to see.

Every January, there will largest cherry blossom festival in Taiwan held in here, the “Formosan Aboriginal Cherry Blossom Festival,” where 5,000 cherry blossoms bloom along the pedestrian walkway, making you feel like you are in a dream world.

Shanlin River Environmental Forest Resort
From May to June, Shanlinxi will holds the biggest hydrangea festival in Taiwan. Because of the cool climate, the hydrangea will bloom much longer in here than the rest of the regions. There are about 50,000 hydrangea flowers in Shanlin River, and the color of the flower will change based on different pH value of the soil, there are colors levels such as pink purple, baby blue, sky blue, and pure white.
Golden Daylily

Toushe Daylily Basin
Located in the Toushe Basin of Sun Moon Lake, there is a private garden with nearly three hectares of daylilies. During the blooming season, the surrounding hills are surrounded by the golden daylilies as it is covered with bright yellow carpet. Entrance to the park requires a ticket of $100 per person. Come here to enjoy the best golden experience.
