When walking around the park, one can see ingenious installation art everywhere, hidden among the trees and flowers along the road. The park integrates ecology and art creation by setting up an art museum and a creative workshop, allowing people to get a closer look at the creation process of artworks. After enjoying the indoor exhibition, people can also take a leisurely stroll through the trail to observe the rich natural ecology and enjoy the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The park was closed for renovation due to the September 21st earthquake, and after years of restoration and planning, it was finally reintroduced to the people of Taiwan in 2014 with a new look.
