The meatballs have been famous for nearly 60 years, using a handcrafted method to make the skin of the meatballs and a unique recipe to fill them with fresh pork. The steamed meat is then deep-fried, and the sweet red yeast sauce is added at the end to create the signature bowl of meatballs that will be remembered for years to come.
