The Ludin B&B itself is a rustic building with a Minnan-style structure as the backdrop and modern building materials. It is located on a hill with a wide view of the surrounding scenery. The food served at the B&B is also very good and popular with customers.

鹿鼎莊位於鹿谷，原先以為是個鳥不生蛋，很偏僻很老舊的房子，到了現場才發現其實是一個蠻有特色的地方，莊主大哥人很好，很客氣。房間該有的備品都有，白色的床單被褥都很乾淨，床很舒服，桌椅櫥櫃也幾乎都是原木製成，有原木的味道。山莊很大，空氣很清晰，遠眺高山，附近還有麒麟潭可以走走，離市區開車不用10分鐘，山莊餐廳也有準備許多菜色，不想出門用餐的人，可以直接在餐廳用餐喔～早餐是現做的清粥小菜，味道不錯，因為疫情二級警戒的關係，每桌都有保持安全距離，餐具都是使用陶瓷製作別有一番風味。現場也有一些豆腐乳、辣椒醬、南瓜……口味都很特別，是不錯的伴手禮喔～
有點年代了，硬體設備待加強，但整體服務非常好。

位於鹿谷的凍頂巷制高點,看得到台灣海峽與夕陽也看得到日出簡直超夢幻。這間民宿實在值得100分的評價。 : 登記有案的合法民宿,規劃有品茗區,陶藝工作坊,咖啡座,住宿區,戶外休憩區還有一獨特的城堡式窯烤爐(烤Pizza用的). : 房間內設施比一般民宿齊全, 衣櫃,冰箱,梳妝台,吹風機,快煮壺,第四台頻道很齊全訊號又清楚, 有WIFI(訊號尚可),浴室備品都有,唯一小缺點是毛巾架應該要掛高一點,否則淋浴完毛巾都濕了,其他網友住四人房好像是乾濕分離的房間. 往溪頭約25分鐘車程,往杉林溪約1小時
