Located on Hu Shan Road in Cao Tun Township, Nantou County, the Kuang-Hwei Educational Memorial Hall is the operation center of the nationwide Taoist Development I-Kuan Tao, and includes the Chong De Buddhist Temple, the Ancestral Shrine, and the Kung-Hwei Memorial Hall. The building is modeled after the gilded palaces of the Northern Chinese, and there is also a Chon Te garden, a rest garden, and a health trail in the area.
