Shirong Hall was built in 1928, and although it is mainly built in Minnan architecture, it also incorporates Japanese architectural features and English Baroque style decorations, which truly reflects the background of the time. As one of the “Ten Views of Nantou County’s Beautiful Historic Buildings,” Shirong Hall covers a small area, but the beautiful doorway plaques and elegant stone decorations still show the prosperity of the owner’s family at that time.
