The Taiwan Historica is an institution that maintains and preserves historical and political documents related to Taiwan, and is located in Zhongxing New Village, Nantou County. The park is divided into three distinctive buildings: the Wenwu House, the Shihgi House and Wenhsian House, which occupy an area of about 2.5 hectares including outdoor space. The three buildings have different styles and characteristics, giving people the illusion of being in a different country and making them want to click the shutter a few more times. The “Wenwu House” in the center of the park is an elegant baroque style building that houses the relics of Taiwan’s daily life; the “Wenhsian House” on the right is a Minnan style building; and finally, the “Historical Building” on the left is a northern Chinese palace style building with a strong classical Chinese atmosphere that houses the archaeological relics of prehistory.
